United Airlines said it will add 10 flights daily to its Sacramento schedule beginning Jan. 6, increasing the number of cities it will link to the capital by daily flights from six to 10. The realignment will link Sacramento and Ontario with three flights daily; Palm Springs with one flight daily; Portland, Ore., with two flights daily, and San Diego with three flights daily. United will discontinue flights to Redding and the Eureka-Arcata airport. But the airline said its regional marketing partner, United Express, will continue to serve Redding and Eureka-Arcata.
