Arcadia : Gateway Project Under Way

Construction began Monday on the Arcadia Gateway Centre, a 171,000-square-foot mixed-use redevelopment project on a nine-acre site on the south side of Huntington Drive near 5th Avenue.

The project, being developed by Stanley Gribble and Associates, will include a 47,000-square-foot Cigna Healthplan Building, two office buildings totaling 90,000 square feet, two restaurants and a retail building with shops totaling 26,000 square feet. City planners estimate that the center will bring in $162,000 a year in tax revenue.
