Ariane Launch Scheduled

PARIS — Europe’s Ariane space program is due to resume tonight with the second and final launch this year, aiming to put a West German television satellite into orbit. Fueling of an Ariane 2 rocket started Thursday for the launch at Kourou, French Guiana, space officials in Paris said.
