Ken Kramer’s nightly talk show on news-talk radio station KSDO-AM (1130) has been axed because of poor ratings, station officials report.
Filling the time slot will be nationally syndicated talk shows hosted by Tom Snyder (7 to 9 p.m.) and Sally Jessy Raphael (9 to 11 p.m.).
Kramer, however, isn’t off the air entirely. He’s now playing host to a new call-in talk show, “Weekends Are Special,” every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., also on KSDO.
Among his regularly scheduled guests are gardening expert Bruce Asakawa and astrologer Sheryl Nova.
