The ambulance chasers did it again--the Trial Lawyer Assn. is suing to disenfranchise 50,000 voters because of a “clerical error.”
These lawyers are not interested in justice or what is morally right, or what are “victim’s rights.” They are greedy, self-centered people who are ruining the economic lives of the many for the benefit of the few--themselves.
I know, and know of many capable, honest attorneys who are fine examples of the legal profession and are deservedly well compensated. But too many times we read of cases and situations where some minor point or technicality is pounced upon by some opportunistic lawyer to the detriment of an innocent victim or society as a whole.
