Secretary of Education William Bennett says President Reagan’s Cabinet needs more rock ‘n’ roll. Bennett is a big rock fan and guest-hosted a 15-minute radio show on WASH-FM in Washington on Friday, offering what he called “your basic core curriculum of rock ‘n’ roll--Del Shannon, Elvis Presley, the Shirelles, Buddy Holly . . . everything Buddy Holly ever sang.” The secretary, asked about other rockers in the Reagan Administration, said: “I don’t think (there are any others) in the Cabinet, I’m sorry to say. . . .”
