1 Premature Quintuplet Dies; 4 Survivors Critical

PITTSBURGH, Pa. — One of a set of quintuplets born three months prematurely died of complications caused by the early birth, a spokeswoman at Magee-Womens Hospital said. Rachel Lauren Simunich died Friday, and the remaining four infants were reported stabilized in critical condition.
