Office Building Purchased for $38 Million

TCW Realty Advisors, trustee for various pension funds, has paid more than $38 million to Tishman Realty & Construction Co. Inc. and Aoki Corp. for the Olympic Centre office building in West Los Angeles.
The 11-story, 152,000-square-foot building was completed in 1985 at 11150 W. Olympic Blvd., just east of the San Diego Freeway. It was designed by Matlin & Dvoretzky.
Tishman Realty will continue to serve as building manager through its management affiliate, TRACCO Management Corp. of California. Aoki Corp., the joint-venture developer of the building with Tishman Realty, is based in Osaka, Japan.
