Terminal Data said it has named Stanley R. Schoen as its chairman. Schoen, 65, replaces Michael Rothbart, 67, Terminal Data’s founder. Rothbart, who has been planning to retire, will continue to serve on the company’s board.
Schoen is a financial consultant, attorney and a management professor at Cal State Dominguez Hills.
Terminal Data also announced that CEO David Krar Hutton, 44, has been elected to the board as a director.
The Moorpark-based company makes equipment used to convert documents to images that can be stored on disks and microfilm.
