Televideo Systems toned down an earlier announcement that it had reached an agreement with the Soviet Union to assemble and sell thousands of American-designed personal computers in the Soviet Union. Televideo, which is parent of Advanced Transducer Devices, said a final agreement has not been reached on the deal announced earlier in the week. In addition, Sunnyvale-based Televideo said California Microelectronics would have a minority interest in the American half of the partnership.
