What a Country Fest!

As one who attended both the Country Scene ’87 and last weekend’s Country Fest ‘88, I was very disappointed in this year’s event in Irwindale.
Last year’s Country Scene at Hansen Dam was very organized. This year, parking was chaotic; it took 1 1/2 hours to get in to park.
Also, you couldn’t go from one stage (inside the park) to another stage with a beer, even though they sold beer on the other side.
This is not to mention the $3 entry fee. Last year, entry was free at Hansen Dam and they had shuttles to take you from your parking space to the dam.
Sorry, Irwindale, I vote for Country Fest ’89 to be held at Hansen Dam.
