County Adoption Department Rents 3 Tower Floors

The county Department of Adoption Services has signed a 10-year, $5.6-million lease for 42,822 square feet of office space in The Towers, 3200 Wilshire Blvd.
The department will take the seventh, eighth and ninth floors of the south tower in the newly refurbished complex. Los Angeles-based Charles Dunn Co. represented both parties in the transaction.
