Rights of Pedestrians

I just wonder whether the “drivers” in Orange County are aware that there are some people who refuse to allow pedestrians to cross the streets. I do not drive, I walk. I have to cross the intersections. It’s disgusting. My taxes pay for the roads and freeways that these drivers use. Sometimes, I board a bus in order to arrive at my destination, even though I could walk it.
