Airline, Law Fim Sign Long Leases

Aerolineas Argentinas, the national airline of Argentina, and the law firm of Quinn & Emanuel have signed long-term leases for a total of about 20,000 square feet in the 655 South Hope Street Building. The Aerolineas lease is valued at $1.6 million and the law firm’s lease, $2.5 million.
The Faulkner Co. represented the owner, Hammerson Property West USA Corp., Los Angeles, while Merritt Real Estate Group represented Aerolineas and Charles Dunn Co. represented Quinn & Emanuel.
