Tenants Sign for Office Building in Santa Monica

Media Design West Inc. and Visual Eyes Productions Inc. have signed leases valued at more than $7 million to occupy all office space in a four-story, 25,000-square-foot building under construction at the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard, Santa Monica. Sommer-Broida Commercial Brokerage Co. handled the transactions.
