Olin Corp. to Acquire Bridgeport Brass Corp.

STAMFORD, Conn. — Olin Corp. it has agreed to acquire Indianapolis-based Bridgeport Brass Corp. for undisclosed terms from SerVaas Investors Inc., a group controlled by Dr. Beurt SerVaas.
Bridgeport Brass, an integrated producer of copper and copper alloy products, has annual sales of over $125 million, Olin said.
