World Boxing Council champion Miguel Lora, 27, of Colombia will defend his bantamweight title against Albert Davila, 33, of Pomona Aug. 1 at the Forum.
Julio Cesar Chavez, unbeaten World Boxing Assn. lightweight champion from Mexico City, will meet an opponent to be determined, in a non-title bout on the undercard, according to promoter Don King, who is staging the program with Forum Boxing, Inc.
