Inland Empire Industrial Space Loans Attractive

High absorption of industrial space in the Inland Empire of Riverside and San Bernardino counties has kept the area attractive to lenders, according to William V. Harvey, senior vice president of Wells Fargo Realty Finance, Santa Monica.
Harvey says his firm has arranged more than $90 million in real estate financing in the Inland Empire during the past five years. This represents over 2 million square feet of industrial space.
The big advantage of the Inland Empire, he says, is the lower cost of land compared to Los ,ngeles and Orange counties.
