The operator of a small farm surrounded by a residential neighborhood in the 2300 block of Alta Vista Drive has agreed to move to a new site in Bonsall, in the face of criticism that his pesticide spraying had made nearby residents ill.
Vicente Zamora has told Vista Mayor Gloria McClellan that rather than replant another crop, he will move to Bonsall after he harvests his current crop of peppers and eggplant, McClellan said Tuesday.
