2 Israeli Fighter Jets Collide

WASHINGTON — Two Israeli F-15 fighter jets collided and crashed while on a training exercise today, the first known mishap with the high-flying American-built McDonnell Douglas plane suffered by the Israeli air force, informed sources said.
Apparently, there was at least one fatality, but no details were available. Nor was there any immediate announcement in Jerusalem, where strict censorship delays dissemination of news related to security.
