Los Angeles is the most popular destination for Americans moving within the United States, according to new figures from Ryder Truck Rental Inc. Ryder found New York to be a close second, followed by Atlanta, Washington, and San Francisco. Other cities in the top 10 are Tampa, Philadelphia, Boston, Miami and Phoenix. These findings are based on information, gathered since Jan. 1, from Ryder’s 6,400 truck rental dealers nationwide as well as statistics from various government sources.
