Teacher Gets Grant

Joseph C. Hough Jr., professor of religion at Claremont Graduate School who teaches courses in ethics and policy at the Center for Politics and Policy, has been awarded a grant of $96,000 by the Lilly Endowment Inc.
The money will be applied to a study of ethics and theology in contemporary universities, which Hough expects to complete with a book, “Theology and the University,” to be published in 1990.
