Feature Film Festival Entry Deadline Nov. 4

Entries for the 1989 Independent Feature Film Competition must be submitted by Nov. 4 to be eligible for the 11th annual United States Film Festival awards. The Jan. 20-29 festival in Park City, Utah, also will feature international and historical programs and seminars dedicated to independent production.
The competition, sponsored by American Express Traveler’s Cheque Group, is open to dramatic and documentary feature films that are independently produced, majority U.S. financed, and completed since November, 1987. Dramatic and documentary films will be judged separately and will be in the running for a $5,000 Grand Prize Award, an Audience Award and a Filmmakers Trophy.
