Shopping Center with Supermarket Rises in Riverside

Nexus Town Center-Riverside, the first supermarket-anchored shopping center to be built in Riverside since 1980, is being developed by Irvine-based Nexus USA.
Located at the northwest corner of La Sierra and Indiana avenues, the $18-million, 11-acre center is scheduled to be completed during the first quarter of 1989.
McClellan Cruz Gaylord & Associates, Irvine, is the architect.
