Swett & Crawford Group, a Los Angeles-based wholesale broker of commercial insurance, announced that Warren S. Stanley, 40, has been named president and chief executive officer. Executive Vice President John R. Hartman, 38, has been named to the additional post of chief operating officer. Stanley succeeds Joseph L. Fox, who is retiring Oct. 1. Swett & Crawford Group is a unit of Minet Specialty Management, a division of Minet Holdings PLC. Minet Holdings is a member of St. Paul Cos. of Minnesota.
