John Lennon is due to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this week. Lennon’s widow, Yoko Ono, will be present Friday at the star-installing ceremonies on Hollywood Boulevard near the Capitol Records building on Vine Street. The star ceremony is being to used to promote the forthcoming release (on Oct. 7) of “Imagine: John Lennon,” a full-length documentary look at the ex-Beatle, singer-songwriter and peace activist. The public’s invited to the ceremony.
