Like other builders in the booming Southern California market, Irvine home builder Woodcrest Development Inc. said it has had a record year.
Woodcrest sold 835 homes in Orange, San Diego and Riverside counties for sales of $145 million for the year ending Sept. 30.
Woodcrest President Ronald J. Gilles said it was the company’s fourth consecutive record year.
