Humphrey Inc., a manufacturer of gyroscopes and electromechanical devices, posted a profit of $42,130 on sales of $2.6 million for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, up from a profit of $40,004 on sales of $3.3 million over the same three months last year.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, Humphrey reported a profit of $8,583 on sales of $7.8 million, up from a loss of $248,422 on sales of $9.1 million over the same period a year ago.
