West Hollywood : City Manager Wins Award

City Manager Paul Brotzman has won the Clarence E. Ridley Award of the International City Managers Assn. for his role in developing an in-service training program for city employees.
The ICMA, a professional association of appointed administrators serving cities, counties and regional councils, presents the award annually to the city manager who has developed the most effective in-service training program for local government employees.
