Christopher P. McGavin has been named western regional vice president at St. Ives Laboratories, a Chatsworth maker of shampoos and other personal care products. McGavin, 36, was formerly southern division vice president of PepsiCo. He replaces Frank Loffa, who was promoted in July to national vice president of sales.
