Watch out, Spago!

If anybody is still hungry the day after Thanksgiving, he can grab a bite of exotic pizza--including egg salad, burrito or barbecued chicken toppings--at a new restaurant in Newport Beach.

California Pizza Kitchen is scheduled to open its doors that day, Nov. 25, at Fashion Island.

In addition to traditional pizza trimmings, the chain also offers such pizza varieties as Thai chicken with peanut butter sauce and shrimp marinated in an orange teriyaki sauce.

The Newport Beach restaurant is the eighth in the chain, which has other stores in Southern California, Chicago, Atlanta and Honolulu.
