Argentine authorities will not release the body of shipping millionairess Christina Onassis until they have definitively ruled out drug abuse, suicide or homicide, a federal judge said. Judge Alberto Piotti, who has the responsibility of legally releasing the body, told an Argentine radio station that he is waiting for a report from pathologists. “We must rule out all hypotheses. We won’t hand over the body until we are sure that we won’t have to exhume it,” said Piotti, in whose jurisdiction Onassis died. Onassis, who held both Greek and Argentine nationality, was found dead Saturday in a posh country club on the outskirts of Buenos Aires. She is to be buried on the Greek island of Skorpios.
