Chile Marxists Form Party

SANTIAGO, Chile — Banned Marxists registered a legal coalition party, the Broad Socialist Left Party, on Tuesday for the first time since the military seized power in Chile 15 years ago. The party said it will seek seats in Congress in elections due next year.
