State Supreme Court Ruling in Christian Scientist Case
- Share via
An innocent young mother, sorrowing over the loss of her babe, is to be prosecuted for turning to God in prayer. Failures of this kind are so rare among Christian Scientists that one isolated case makes headlines; yet the hundreds dying annually of the same disease under medical treatment are acceptable. I wonder that the legislators and justices can sleep nights.
