Commercial Scene : Lockheed Takes Lease in Valencia Center

Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Co. has signed a 10-year lease valued at about $9 million for more than 52,000 square feet in the Paragon Business Center at Avenue Scott and Avenue Stanford in Valencia.
Lockheed will move into the building in April. About 375 engineering and management employees will work there on a U.S. Navy long-range air anti-submarine warfare-capable aircraft.
