Commercial Scene : Ontario Warehouse Purchased by Michelin

Michelin Tire Corp. of Greenville, S.C., has acquired an industrial distribution building in Ontario for its Southern California distribution center at a cost of about $13 million, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services, which represented Michelin.
The tire company will relocate from its facilities in Santa Fe Springs to the new 387,216-square-foot building in Ontario. Coldwell Banker represented the seller, Leed Properties of Los Angeles.
