Commercial Scene : Japanese Purchase Beach City Building

A Japanese firm, Balzak Corp. of Osaka, has purchased a three-story, 63,888-square-foot building at 225 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Manhattan Beach, for $16 million from Treehouse Associates of Morristown, N.J.
The 3-year-old building was developed by Loomis & Eick. Balzak was represented by the Seeley Co., and Treehouse was represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
