Engineering consultant Rolf Lorenz, owner of Integrated Protection Systems Inc. in Irvine, bought Irvine’s In-Site Builders Inc., a designer and builder of buildings for data processing. . . . Bergen Brunswig Drug Co. in Orange paid more than $3 million for 10 acres in the Corona Spectrum business park, where the company will build a 214,000-square-foot regional warehouse. . . . Lincoln Properties, Irvine, bought 18 acres in Sierra Gateway Commerce Center in Fontana for $3 million and plans to build four industrial buildings.
