Commercial Scene : American Healthcare to Locate in Pardee Center

American Healthcare Systems has signed a 10-year, $4,114,100-lease for 20,700 square feet of office space in Pardee Center, 12730 High Bluff Drive in San Diego’s Del Mar Highlands district. Grubb & Ellis represented both the tenant and the owner, Pardee Construction Co., in the transaction. Occupancy is planned for August, 1990.
