Devo will headline Ocean Aid, a two-day rock benefit in Laguna Beach aimed at raising money for the fight to safeguard the ocean environment. Also scheduled to appear in the Sept. 3 and 4 alternative-rock show at the Irvine Bowl are Red Flag, Caterwaul, Food For Feet, Eggplant, Swamp Zombies and Imagining Yellow Suns. Tickets, priced from $18 to $22.50, will go on sale July 31 through Ticketmaster outlets. Dan McCue, spokesman for the newly formed Ocean Aid Foundation, said that proceeds will go to already-established environmental groups. The foundation, backed by Ocean Pacific Sunwear Ltd., hopes the Laguna Beach shows will lead to an annual rock benefit for Southern California ocean ecology groups. Information: (714) 720-0941.
