Commercial Scene : Toys R Us Buys Rialto Site for Distribution Center

Toys R Us has acquired a 50-acre parcel of industrial land in Rialto for more than $5 million and plans to build a regional distribution center on the site.
The property is located at the northeast corner of Cedar and Merrill avenues. Handling the transaction were the Seeley Co.’s San Gabriel Valley office on behalf of the seller, Shadrall Associates of Massachusetts; L.J. Hooker Co. of San Diego represented Toys R Us.
