A Day With John Ford (AMC on Saturday): A tribute to one of America’s greatest film makers. Included: the documentary, “John Ford’s America” (2 & 8 p.m.) and three of his masterpieces (all starring Henry Fonda), “My Darling Clementine” (noon), “The Grapes of Wrath” (1940) (3:30 & 11:30 p.m.) and “Young Mr. Lincoln” (6 p.m.).
