Thomas Tardio has been named to the new position of executive vice president of Rogers & Cowan, a public relations firm that is best known for representing entertainment clients. Tardio will coordinate the entertainment functions of Rogers & Cowan’s Los Angeles, New York and London offices. He will also continue to be responsible for the company’s managerial, financial and strategic planning activities.
