Colombian Drug Lord Arrested

BOGOTA, Colombia — Jose Ocampo Obando, believed to be the No. 5 man in the powerful Medellin cocaine cartel, was captured Friday.
Fifteen bodyguards were also arrested in the early morning raid in northern Antioquia state. Ocampo, however, is on the U.S. Justice Department’s list of 12 most-wanted Colombian drug-trafficking suspects.
