Saturn to Pay Dealers: Saturn Corp. said it will pay as much as $5.8 million to nearly 60 dealers clamoring for cars because the General Motors Corp. subsidiary is 45 days behind on its production and sales schedules. During a preview for the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Bruce MacDonald, vice president of communications for Saturn, said slower-than-anticipated production at Saturn’s Spring Hill, Tenn., complex is aimed at ensuring higher quality levels.
