Carol Berry has been appointed senior vice president of residential properties for Sunwest Asset Management Corp. in Irvine. She was formerly president and chief executive of Torrance-based Bayco Financial Corp. Before that, Berry was vice president of property/asset management, sales and marketing with J.D. Stout Inc. in Irvine.
