You want to know why the American people distrust reporters? A classic example is Jack Nelson’s article of Feb. 17 in which he refers to 18 different unidentified sources from which he forms an opinion implying that the President has put his personal feeling about Saddam ahead of what is best for the country. I resent his article questioning the President’s motives and put it in the category of the media again misrepresenting the facts.
