SKY COMMUTE: America West will have the first nonstop Orange County-New York flights (D5), but for politicians, it’s another route that really counts. The airline will put on four John Wayne-Sacramento flights in early May. . . . That will take up the slack when USAir on May 2 ends its Orange County operations, including its four flights to the state capital. State Sen.
