Houston Astro pitcher Mark Portugal will have an April 23 hearing in Florida to answer charges of driving while intoxicated. Portugal was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving about 2:30 a.m. Friday when Kissimmee, Fla., police clocked him driving 55 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone.
