The new Hotel Circle off-ramp for motorists traveling west on Interstate 8 will open today, Caltrans said.
The off-ramp is between the Mission Center Road overcrossing and California 163. The two-lane exit will allow traffic on westbound Interstate 8 to exit to northbound 163 and Hotel Circle.
A new exit from southbound 163 will also feed traffic to the Hotel Circle off-ramp.
The off-ramp is part of the final stage of work on the nearly $20-million Interstate 8-California 163 interchange.
